Preheat the oven at 200-250C
1 pizza base 10"
1 capsule olive oil
Pinch of Rosemary
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of grounded black pepper
Prepare your pizza base leaving it breath for a couple of minutes then simply spread the olive oil evenly all over the base leaving a one cm border free from it. Add black pepper and bit of salt, maybe better in flakes or rocks if you like your pizza bread nicely flavoured.
Place the pizza on a tray and cook it in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes depending on your taste.
Before serving add fresh Rosemary all over the top.
Note adding the rosemary at the end will avoid a bitter taste!
