SALMON & SPINACH PUCCIA BREAKFAST!

Preheat the oven at 200/250 C depending on your appliances
30 gr of salmon (⅔ slices)
50 gr of washed, ready to eat spinach
2 tablespoons of garlic mayo
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
a pinch of garlic powder and chilly flakes
a pinch of chia seeds
Prepare you Puccia
Cut a Puccia in two sides and drop a spoon of olive oil to each side. Place it on a tray and put it in the oven. Warm it up for 3 mins for a soft bun or 5-8 for a more crispier result.
Bring a pan to medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of garlic powder and chilly flakes, add the spinach a stir for 1 minute.
Take the two sides of Puccias from the oven and place them on a plate. Spread the cooked spinach on both sides. Lay down the salmon and top it with some garlic mayo and a pinch of chia seeds.
If you like some extra proteins, add an egg to each side of your Puccia, whichever way you fancy, fried, scrambled, benedict or, if you are in a hurry, just microwave them
