NDUJA - VERY SPICY SPREADABLE ITALIAN SAUSAGE
NDUJA is a soft, spreadable fermented pork salume, spiked with fiery Calabrian chilies. It is typically made with parts of the pig such as the shoulder and the belly, as well as tripe, roasted peppers and a mixture of spices.
Inside the jar:
- 90 g of NDUJA spreadable salami
How to use:
- We recommend scattering a few dollops with a teaspoon on a pizza
- You can use this also to be spread on PUCCIA bread or on focaccias
Ingredients: Pork fat, pork meat, calabrian chilies, salt.
