SPECK - SMOKED PARMA HAM
SPECK is a type of cured, lightly smoked ham. It is typically made in South Tyrol, a province in northeast Italy. Although a close cousin to prosciutto crudo, speck is worthy of its own distinction when it comes to cured hams.

How to use:
- We recommend using a minimum of 20 g or a maximum of 40 g on a pizza
- You can use this also to fill PUCCIA bread as a sandwich, or on sharing platter with focaccias
Ingredients: Pork meat, salt, saccharose, spices, flavourings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate (E301), preservatives: sodium nitrite (E250), potassium nitrate (E252).
